These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of desertscapepoolsaz.com and to the text messaging program operated by DESERTSCAPES POOL & LANDSCAPE LLC, doing business as Desertscape Pool & Spa AZ (“Desertscape,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or opt in.

About us

Desertscape is a family-owned custom pool builder based in Queen Creek, Arizona, serving the East Valley and greater Phoenix area. We are a licensed Arizona contractor, ROC #355710, which you can verify at roc.az.gov.

SMS text messaging terms

Program name: DESERTSCAPES POOL & LANDSCAPE LLC (Desertscape Pool & Spa AZ) customer care text messages.

Program description: When you start a conversation through the chat widget on our website, provide your mobile number, and agree to receive text messages, DESERTSCAPES POOL & LANDSCAPE LLC will send customer care messages to that number. These messages include responses to your questions and support requests, follow-up on your inquiry or quote, appointment and site visit coordination, and updates related to your project or service. Some messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and support interactions.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

How to opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send you one text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, opt in the same way you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Prices, package descriptions, cost ranges, build timelines and photos on this website are general information to help you plan. They are not an offer or a binding quote. Every project is different, from soil and yard access to permits and HOA rules, so your actual price, scope and schedule are set in a written, line-item proposal and contract that you and Desertscape both sign. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.
