The first conversation is about what’s worth keeping, what’s holding the pool back, and what scope actually moves the needle on how it looks and how it runs. Sometimes that’s a new interior finish and tile. Sometimes it’s a full transformation with new equipment, decking, water features, and lighting. We line-item all of it so you choose, not us.
