Custom pool builders for Phoenix, Arizona.

One city, twenty neighborhoods.
Phoenix is the largest market we serve and also the most varied. A pool in Arcadia is engineered for mature trees and tight access. A pool in Desert Ridge sits on different soil with different HOA expectations. A pool in central Phoenix near Encanto works around 1950s landscape and smaller lots. None of these are the same project.
We design and build across all of Phoenix, planning around the realities each neighborhood brings: mature trees and tighter access in central neighborhoods, caliche soil and hillside lots in the north, established HOAs in newer master-planned communities, and architectural review where applicable.
You’ll work with the same family-owned team from first conversation to first swim. No rotating sales department, no surprise upgrades.

what homeowners ask
Can you work around mature trees in Arcadia or North Central?
Yes. Older Phoenix neighborhoods often come with mature landscape worth protecting. We plan access, excavation, and equipment paths around what you want to keep.
Do you serve all of Phoenix or just certain neighborhoods?
All of Phoenix. We've designed and built across Arcadia, Biltmore, North Central, Desert Ridge, Moon Valley, Encanto, and dozens of other neighborhoods. Service area runs from Sunnyslope south to South Mountain.
Does building in North Phoenix cost extra because of caliche?
Sometimes. We account for caliche upfront in the proposal based on soil conditions in your specific neighborhood. North Phoenix and Desert Ridge get factored differently than central or south Phoenix.
How long does the City of Phoenix permit process take?
Typically 3 to 5 weeks for a custom pool permit, depending on review backlog. We build this into our week 3 to 5 engineering and permits phase.
When is the best time to start a Phoenix pool build?
Fall and early winter. Excavation and shotcrete cure best in cooler temperatures, and a fall start typically means a finished pool ready for the following summer.
