Absolutely. Our process begins with 3D design so you can visualize layout, materials, features, and flow before any commitment. Financing options are also available.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. We coordinate engineering, structural planning, HOA requirements, city permitting, and inspections as part of the build, typically in weeks 3–5 of the process.
How long does a custom pool take to build?
Most custom builds run about 15–16 weeks from design to first swim, across five phases: discovery & 3D design, engineering & permits, excavation & steel, shotcrete & build-out, and walkthrough. Timelines can shift with weather, HOA approvals, and material selections.

Most custom pool builds fall in the $85K–$120K+ range depending on size, finishes, spa, water features, and outdoor living scope. We'll give you a transparent quote range before any on-site consultation, then a full line-item proposal.
