Maricopa (the city, distinct from Maricopa County) is one of the fastest-growing master-planned communities in the region. Almost every Maricopa pool we build is in an HOA-governed master-planned community: Province, Rancho El Dorado, Cobblestone Farms, Glennwilde. Each has its own ARC process. Each has its own community design standards.

We design and build across all of Maricopa, with HOA submittals prepared for each major community and the City of Maricopa permit process built into our timeline. The drive is longer than our East Valley markets, but the work is the same.
