Custom pool builders for San Tan Valley.

Built for new communities.
San Tan Valley is unincorporated, governed by Pinal County rather than a city or town, which is the first thing that surprises homeowners moving in from elsewhere. The permit process runs through the County rather than a municipal office, and it works differently. We’ve been through it enough times to know what they expect.
Most San Tan Valley pool builds are in master-planned communities (Johnson Ranch, Castlegate, Pecan Lake, Skyline Ranch) with active HOAs and ARC requirements. We prepare submittals for each and know the timing of each community’s review cycle.
You’ll work with the same family-owned team from first conversation to first swim.

what homeowners ask
Do you handle HOA approvals for Johnson Ranch and Castlegate?
Yes. We prepare ARC packages for all major San Tan Valley HOAs and submit regularly.
How long does Pinal County permitting take?
Typically 3 to 5 weeks. The County office has its own timing, which we account for in our engineering and permits phase.
What about the soil in newer San Tan Valley developments?
Most San Tan Valley neighborhoods are former farmland or ranch land. Soil tends to be sandy with occasional caliche. We assess in the proposal phase.
When is the best time to start a San Tan Valley pool build?
Fall and winter. A fall start typically means a finished pool by the following summer.
